Return and Exchange Policy

1. All parts returned to Wexxar must have a valid RMA issued by an Aftermarket Representative. Parts must be returned with completed RMA paperwork.

2. RMA’s will not be issued for non-warranty parts over thirty (30) days old without a Manager’s approval.

3. Special Order parts are not returnable.

4. The returned parts must be new and in unused condition.

5. A 25% of restocking fees will be charged for each parts, whenever customer returns the wrong ordered parts.

6. Returns must be received within 60 days of the issue date of the RMA.
